Since 2006, I has been involved in over 200 short sales. In April of 2015 I was hired by an institutional investor to run his Ocean County Sheriff Sale Auction team where I was the Team Leader and did the entire process from identifying the asset, evaluating it and then determining after repair value and finalizing the purchase. Once awarded I would visit the asset determine if I needed to negotiate cash for keys or was able to gain access. From there I would being evaluate ARV and completing a full BPO. This has perfected my skills in overall evaluating assets and seeing any possible "red flag" that could stall a sale. In these years, it has expanded my knowledge in perfecting the as-is value of an asset and the repair value and construction bids. My success with this investor has allowed for me to be a preferred Broker in New Jersey. I was sought after by a large hedge fund to manage their entire New Jersey portfolio. This started in 2015 with only 2 counties but through performance and results I am now there preferred realtor for the State of New Jersey. This has also been the case for two other asset management companies that have designated me their preferred Realtor for New Jersey.
In 2019, my team and I will close over 70 REO transactions and another 40 plus with our institutional investor clientele.
